My family and I want to travel to disney next may. We are hoping to get a studio in the Boardwalk Villas and to purchase the dining plan. It seems like when I try to look up tickets for disney you have to have the dining plan and the accommodations made through them to do it. What am I missing? Where do I buy JUST tickets?

On the Disney web site - there are links for packages and there is a link for tickets only. I think after the first page where you choose "plan your vacation" or something like that, on the next page you can choose Tickets Only.

Regular CRO hotel rooms have package deals that include the dining plan, accommodations, and tickets.

That's not what you want.

You're getting a DVC reservation (assuming you're NOT going through CRO, paying cash)

In this case everything is separate. You get your room by using your DVC points. You purchase your Dining Plan at the resort.

You can purchase tickets anywhere you want, meaning at any ticket booth at Disney. All the parks have ticket booths. Just buy your tickets the first day you're going to a park.

You do not buy tickets ahead of time through your DVC resort.

The dining plan is connected to your room. Some people think the plan is connected to your tickets, it is not. The plan credits will be on your room key. With a DVC reservation, you don't need to buy tickets also.
