Confused!!!

I am so confused about the host event, Water Conservation. I thought it wasnt supposed to end for another hour. What happened?

According to the calendar, the event ran from 4:30-7:30pm PDT (or 7:30-10:30pm EDT). I haven't been on for it, what time did it end?

Normally events run until 11:30 (EDT), but on Sundays they only run until 10:30 (EDT).
