Confused on borrowing points

I have 400 points with DEC UY - 175 VWL and 225 BCV.

I have 180 points left in 06.

I want to book a 5 night stay at Poly = 388 this Oct (hopefully something available).

I want to book an 8 night stay at VWL 12/24-12/31/08 with 2 BR =512.

How would I do this?

Book the Poly stay using 180 2006 points plus 208 BCV points borrowed from 2007 UY. That leaves you 17 BCV points remaining in '07 and 225 remaining in '08

Book the VWL stay (at 11 months) by banking your 2007 VWL points (175) into '08, using all 2008 points (175) and borrowing your 2009 points (162). That leaves you 0 VWL points in '07 and '08 and 13 remaining in '09.
