Confirming points in account before closing

We passed ROFR on Monday and closing docs came today- YAY!!!
Nothing on the closing docs mentions the points in the account for 2021, 2022, 2023.
Is that something that is confirmed before closing?

I requested a screenshot of the account from broker prior to wiring funds (about that, you should wait until the seller has submitted their closing docs before wiring funds - I didn't do that the first time around and was extra worried about having that much out there in escrow while waiting for the seller to turn their funds in).

The closing documents usually mention exactly what it is you are buying. I am surprised you don’t see it there anywhere.

My closing documents listed explicitly the points in each use year, and an escape clause or reimbursement if I was shorted. I would question the title company.

Marcelo from Mason is handling the closing. The docs only have the contract number and unit number. NO mention of even how many points the contract is for, let alone points available.
I have emailed him and the listing agent at DVC Store
