A confirmation name is a name you choose for yourself when you're going to be confirmed. It's a Catholic thing, confirmation comes after your First Communion. The name is usually that of a saint or relative...
Mine was Joan, like St. Joan of Arc ^-^

Yeah, you add it to your name, it goes after your middle name.
So mine is Bianca Penelope Joan.

I had no idea what a confirmation name, since I never got one when I got confirmed. Turns out it's because it's for the Roman Catholic church, and not the Church of England.
