Confirmation Email from Hard Rock

I am having such a hard time getting a confirmation email from HRH. When I first booked our two rooms, I got only one email with one room confirmed. I called to make sure both rooms were in the system, and asked them to resend. Nothing.. I knew I had to call again to add my parents to the reservation, so I waited a few weeks and called yesterday. Added them and then said I didn't seem to be getting the confirmation emails, so after confirming the email addy was correct, she said she would send them over ASAP. Today, still nothing. I don't think it is my email address causing the problem, since I did initially get at least one of the emails.

Anyone had similar problems? Now I know we are in the system - both rooms, but I am so OCD about traveling, I like to have an actual printed email on travel day. She did give me confirmation numbers for both the rooms, so I know I'm fine there. But it just seems weird to me that after 3 calls, I'm still not getting them.

On another note.... Can't wait to be at the HRH two weeks from today, YAY!!!

I think you can just put in your confirmation number and last name and get your reservations.

Just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one having trouble getting confirmations from a phone reservation via email. I called after booking online to have them add a rollaway. No problem, it was added and then the agent said she'd send me confirmation via email. Never got it. That was months ago.

Earlier this week I called to see if AAA rates were lower than the rate I had. They weren't but I asked this agent to double check the request for rollaway. Yup, it's there. She said she'd send confirmation again. Once again, I didn't get it. Not sure where the problem is, but there definitely is one...
