I've had goat before. It's very tasty if prepared well (the same with beef, chicken, pork, or lamb I suppose )

Well - it was in a very spiced and medium hot sauce.
But I'd say "beef lite" is the best way to describe it.

Have you ever watched a cow eat? Or watched a pig wallow in mud? (Where do you think it poops and pees?)

Don't worry about what it did before it was humanely slaughtered, skinned and prepared for consumtion. Everything has to be prepped.
