we use the pasta machine (maybe once every 5 years :rotfl2:), the bread machine maybe twice a year, the "miracle sandwich maker" when we remember it's there, but have never touched....

the "home sushi" kit ("make rice krispie/fruit roll up sushi treats with the kids" :rotfl:

what's hiding in your cabinet (garage, back closet, awaiting the next yard sale)? :rotfl:

So you want to bust us huh?

OK, OK..."The Cuisinart" I have had it for 5 years and never opened it.

Ice Tea Maker... thought it would be great, but then they came out with cold brew tea bags.. much easier! lol

I think it was called the Twister. You put in hard store-bought Ice Cream & it comes out as Soft-Serve.

:rotfl2: What a waste of money!

We've had our bread maker for 6 years now and have used it a total of 2 times.

A coffee grinder.

I bought it with all these high falutin' ideas about fresh-ground coffee, yada yada yada. Yeah right. Never used it. Too lazy. Still just use Nabob fine grind. LOL.

I just got rid of the waffle iron. My DH bought it when we got married 25 yrs ago and I think I've used it 6 times. I hate waffles

Salad shooter. We don't like vegetables, and when we do eat them, I usually just cut them up myself.......it's faster than getting the thing all put together. Also, my mixer..........I prefer to do it by hand......it takes longer, but I like it, I don't know why.........I guess that's the way Grandma did it, and it just seems right.

You know that hand held sewing machine-The Emson Super Sewing Machine. Tried it once-3 years ago! Its sitting somewhere in my closet.

The Mr. Clean thing that's sort of like a Swiffer for the shower. I use the Swiffer a lot and thought the shower thing (can't remember the name). I used it once and found it awkward, cumbersome and more trouble than it was worth.

I use my hand mixer A LOT, but I finally got rid of the big one after 10 plus years of never touching it.

A food dehydrator.

It sounds great, I can make banana chips and fruit roll-ups, but it has yet to be out of the box. I think my mom bought it for me over 4 years ago. :rotfl2:

One of those hand held drink mixer things (it is like a battery operated wand with a mixing end on it that you hold down in a glass). SO insisted we needed it, "to make smoothies" he said. Well it is still in its original packaging and has NEVER even been opened.

The food processor. It seemed like such a great idea at the time but it always seems like so much work to drag it out and then clean it up when I'm done.

I also have one of those Pampered Chef mandolines that I've used twice in the past 2 years. I guess I don't slice as many tomatoes as I thought I did...

Remember those "Bloomin' Onion" makers - As Seen On TV? When our son was 3 or 4, he could recite that stupid commercial verbatim. It was pretty embarrassing, especially after telling our neighbors/friends "Nah, our boy doesn't watch alot of TV". As I joke, I got one for KAMommy that Christmas and wrapped it up from him. It hasn't been out of the box yet.

We'll re-gift it to him as a wedding gift...

Our deep fryer.
I didn't buy it, we got it as a wedding gift.
We got married in June of 93 and we just used it for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I actually like it now that I've tried it, but I put it back away. Last thing we need is more deep fried foods!!!!

my mil bought us the "family package" with 4 of these (i think they are called "tornados"?) a couple of christmas's ago-still in the box :rotfl2: i wish she would stop watching qvc!

I think way back in my closet we still have the hand held sewer.

Putting the Glad Game spin on the stuff we never use....sell it in a garage sale to help pay for your next WDW trip.

Last summer I sold the electric griddle, a small (way to small to make it worthwhile) food processor, a hand crank food processor, and a potpurri ( :rotfl: I so can't spell that correctly) crockpot.

That would be my one thing as well! I used it about twice 4 years ago or so!

I really use all my gadgets, new disney popcorn and smoothie maker, food processor, blender, crocpot, fondue pot, both george formans (big and huge, lol). I use my bread machine and ice cream maker less frequently, maybe twice a year.

I have quite a collection of Swiffer and Swiffer-like products. I have used each once. I find nothing beats a plain old mop and bucket.

Now when me and DH see a commercial for something like Mr. Clean Reach-It, he asks me is his sarcastic voice, "Do you want me to buy that for your collection?" :teeth:
