Hey everyone...I don't usually post over here but I was hoping someone could help me out with a question. Someone I know is planning on going to WDW and asked me for some suggestions since I am the WDW expert around my parts :cool1: since I love WDW and used to work there...but unfortunately I don't know much about off-site properties.

They want to stay in a condo/timeshare type place...They are a family of 4, 2 little kids, want a separate bedroom for the kids and a decent amount of space with a kitchen etc. I tried to sell them on staying in a DVC place but it's out of their budget. Not sure what the hotel budget is but she said they want to spend around $4000 total...so I'm gonna say that after plane tickets, park tickets, rental car, food $, etc, their hotel budget is probably around $1000 for 7 nights. I know there are plenty of places that fit what they are looking for that they could stay in for that price range, but they want to get the best place for their money...definitely someplace CLEAN is most important. And closeness to WDW is also important. I hear a lot of people talking about Bonnet Creek on here and remember driving by it all the time when I worked at WDW so I know it is really close to everything...is that in their price range?

Thanks in advance for the help. She said she is really overwhelmed with all the info she is finding online so I said I'd help them out.

Bonnet Creek is definitely in their price range. Check the We Love Bonnet Creek thread.

I do not know when your friend is planning to travel but we have staid at Windsor Hills and really liked it alot. She can check www.windsorhillsrent.com. They have anything from 2 bedroom condos up to 6 bedroom houses. A wide variety of choices and prices to pick from.. This year we are booked at Windsor Palms in a 3 bed 3 bah twnhome wiht a pool for $650. She can check into those by lookin at www.vrbo.com or www.windsor-palms-florida.net. They also have a wide variety of options. Windsor Hills and Palms are sister properties with Hills being newer, however both have really good amenities. A third place she might like is Liki Tiki Village. My family of 4 staid there last year with 2 small kids and really loved the condo and the waterpark at the resort. She can call them directly or look it up on www.bookit.com. Best of luck I hope she finds something she likes.
