What do you all think of Concourse? We need one more TS. We have a DS12, DS11, and a DD9. We already have the following booked:

LeCellier
'Ohana
Boma
HDDR
LTT
Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Dinner Pkg.
Spoodles

I am getting hungry just typing.

We love the Concourse Steakhouse. Our kids love watching the monorail. Good food. I think it is one of the "under the radar" TS restaurants

DH and I thoroughly enjoyed the Concourse Steakhouse. Yes, it is a little noisy, with Chef Mickey's right next door, but its very nice. The steaks are great and you can't beat the monorail going by every few minutes.

I think DS10 and I are more excited about this TS, well, other than Chef Mickey's Dinner we will be doing on our last full night at WDW, then any other one.

When riding the monorail to MK, he says he wants to eat in there. So we are going into the resort twice. He wants to watch the monorail go by.

we ate there a few nights ago, Thursday to be exact, and it was great! My husband wanted to eat there again Saturday but we couldnt get reservation!
PS while we are eating, we are listening to the people next to us complain about there service, and food to a manager. I was thinking, how could two groups of people have two different experiences? Or are some peoples' expectations/standards unrealistically high, or are people looking for a freebie?

I think it just depends on luck of the draw sometimes. We went twice, the first time was incredable, so good we booked our last dinner on the same trip to go back. The second time, not so good. We ended up being very disapointed. The food was just ok, and the service wasn't very good. But it wasn't bad enough to deter us, we've booked it again for our trip in Nov. So I'd deffentaly say try it. But I can deffiantly understand how 2 tables at the same time could end up with such a different experience. The waiter can really make a huge difference.

I ate there last week with my parents and we all loved it. the service was the best we had all week and the food was great. I'd definitely go back there in August. Just stay away from the chicken wings..only thing that didn't taste good.

Very Good! We really enjoyed it. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy night. :) Kids loved painting a Mickey cookie :Pinkbounc

I love the Concourse Steakhouse for breakfast. They have the best Eggs Benedict with asparagus.

Concourse steakhouse is one of the best restaurants in the Hotel restaurants. You can watch the monorail come through, and it is actrually quiet. Amazing food and lovely cm's of course. The menu is amazing. I always make it a must to eat there on each trip. :-)

This is a must for me every time and I have yet to be disappointed here. In fact I will be making ADR's this Sunday one for BF snd one for DInner. The service and food are very good. I like the steak here much better then LeCeller's and the Service is 100 percent better then LeCeller's I highly recommend this place.

Is there any dish other than steak that is really good? We are already eating at Le Cellier, and I'm not much of a steak eater.

My DD, then age ten, had her first alcoholic drink at the Concourse Steakhouse! She ordered a raspberry smoothie or something like that and the waiter brought her an alcoholic raspberry drink. She wasn't drinking it and when I asked why she said it tasted funny, :confused3 so I had a sip. I thought it tasted great! : :drinking: However, I told her she had to wait eleven years to have another drink like that. We let our waiter know and he brought her a new drink. Later the manager came over and apologized and said that it shouldn't have happened because the alcoholic drinks are made in different glasses than the non alcoholic drinks, so even if the bar tender had made the wrong drink, the waiter should never have given it to a 10 year old. When our bill came they actually charged us for the drink!! I couldn't believe it!

It was the best meal of our entire trip last year! The service was incredible and the food was just right.

I'd love to eat there again on our next trip, but there are places DH insists on trying (Sci Fi, WCC, & Les Chefs) so unless we give up Boma or CA Grill, it's not happening. :(

We really enjoyed Concourse Steakhouse. We had no complaints. I think this was dh's favorite meal. He had buffalo filet mignon and loved it! The service was great and I didn't notice it being loud.

concourse steakhouse is an underrated restaurant in our opinion. every trip to wdw, we make sure to have a dinner there. definately worth trying :teeth:
