Concierge Service

If I use my DVC points to stay at one of the Deluxe Disney World Resorts (e.g. Polynesian, Animal Kingdome Lodge), does anyone know if I can request Concierge Service? If so, does that use up more DVC points? If it does, does anyone know how much more points?
