Starting to put together my plan for our cruise. I have read quite a few posts about what to request with shoreside concierge. So far these are the things I have thought of:
Cabana
Atlantis excursion
BBB
Meet and greet tickets
Private dining table
bottled water in room

This is our first cruise ever so would love input on what I am missing! TIA

You could also think about whether you want to request:

Spa activities
Tastings
Shutters photo time
Palo/Remy dining

Despite having been concierge before, we did not realize that we could reserve Shutters or tastings in advance. They were able to fit us in to Shutters late (and more times open up once we are on the ship) so that we can get some good family photos. We received a call from shoreside concierge about four weeks out asking if we wanted to reserve any tastings. We had them email us a list, and we were able to register for everything we wanted there. It seems like this may be something that happens closer to the cruise, but you can always ask now.

You get bottled water in room and if you need more you can get it from the lounge.
You automatically get a private dining table in the MDR's.

I don't like Elemis products so I requested the H2O for our room. Little thing but helpful!

If you don't drink canned soft drinks (they put in diet coke, reg coke and sprite I believe) you can request only water bottles. Regardless, you can replenish from the stock in the lounge whenever the lounge is open. I often walk out with multiple water bottles and cans of diet coke :) When I read other threads saying "I don't drink XXX $s of sode" I think "mmmm...yeah I do :P !"

You can ask for any kind of drink you like. DH asked for Mountain Dew Kickstarts and got them. Next cruise we will be requesting Dr Pepper.
If you like flavored creamers, you will not get them (I asked for them)......bring your own.

As others have said, you will have water and Coke cans in your refrigerator. You can get more from the lounge.

As someone has already said, you get a private dining table. If I were you, I would look what servers would be on that ship during that time and request them. Its rare to get both so I would request that and take advantage of being concierge.
This is our first cruise so we have never met the servers. Are there servers that we should request?

Could you explain what you mean by the Shutters photo time? Did they actually set up a photo shoot for your family without having to wait in the lines before dinner?

I'm not exactly sure what it involves yet. According to the description on the website it is a 30-minute studio shoot against a black background with no sitting fee. I only found out about it when I was poking around the onboard activities booking system and noticed it. We have tons of trouble getting good photos of the 5 of us together, so we'll take any chance we can get. If the photos are bad, we just won't buy them.

We have been wondering about it but have never done it. Our 4 year old DD is always so tired by the time dinner photos roll around that she is hard to get a good picture with her so something earlier in the day might be better.
