Concierge Question

We have concierge booked at PP, and I was wondering how we get in? Is it a locked door that we open with our room key? Is there an attendant who we show our charge slip to?

Is the room usually crowded or pretty empty? I have never done this, so I am curious. Thanks!

We've stayed at the GCH and it was a locked door opened only by our room key. The room was never crowded, we even hung out in there and colored pictures one afternoon. Stock up on the waters and take those into the park with you.

Your room key will unlock it. The only time its crowded is the morning. The most people we saw was 5 families.

When you go to check in, go to the 2nd floor, knock on the door and check in at lounge.
