Concierge Level....is it really worth it?

Our family will not do CL again but for that price I think you should give it a try. We do not drink much, got tired of not having a real breakfast after just 2 days and the only time we got to do the good appetizers was on our resort day. We never got back from the parks in time for the good appetizers, I believe it's only from 5 - 7:30. It really depends if you like cocktails and how much time you will be in the lodge.

OK, Savannah view bunk bed rate is way more expensive than a regular room rate, and only slightly less than CL, so your quote is correct. I would still take CL recognizing however that the CL room will not come with bunk beds.

Really?? That I did not know. It lists it in the description as a possibility and the CM I spoke too said they exist as well. I'm confused now. Would it just be two queen beds?

Yes you are right. There are CL rooms with 1 queen and 1 bunk bed. I don't know how many though, and if you really have your heart set for the bunk bed configuration I would make sure that you get that room rather than it just being a "possibility". Good luck!

We enjoy CL stays but we only do them when we know we can take advantage of the offerings.
We always have our breakfast there. So that's 1 meal included in the "room costs"
We'll grab a big lunch in the parks and be back in the resort for evening apps and have no problems making those our dinner, after having a big lunch.
We don't often get back for desserts but will have another small snack in the parks.
So booking CL means we only eat 1 full meal in the parks a day, maybe 1 snack. Increases the value of the CL costs.

are you sure the CL room will be a Savannah view? that price difference just doesn't seem right.

This is word-for-word what I was going to say. :thumbsup2 It's exactly how we plan our WDW trips.

OP - if you plan your vacation accordingly, then staying CL will enrich your experience. However, if your family enjoys most days/nights at the parks, then CL may not be the right option for you. Having said all that, your quote is barely an increase and I would probably jump on that no matter what my plans were! Have fun!
