When do you tip(gift basket, candy etc.) the CL CMs? I usually do at the end, maybe the day defore we leave. The CL at WL has had the same 5 CMs since our honeymoon in 2005 and DH is always talking their ears off-like college friends he sees once a year-so they deserve a tip.;) Just curious to when others do?

I emailed IPO at GF this morning to see about getting the BBB booked. I know I'm close to our date, but thought I'd try. I said 3 different days, and said anytime, any location. They emailed back and said there was no availability those days. I just called, and there was availability all 3 days at the Downtown DIsney location. Not impressed. I emailed back and said thanks for looking, and that I was able to book it myself. :confused3

I received my email reply from GF IPO yesterday regarding my question about Coke Zero.:thumbsup2 Our fridge will be stocked with Coke Zero for our trip as it is not in the SL lounge. And Oh, would you like a carton of milk in your refrigerator for the baby-we only have the 1/2 galloon containers? WOW, I hadn't even thought of that.....Yes!!!! How nice! They only have pitchers of milk in the lounge. But they have the 1/2 gallons to go upon request. I'm glad they told me that, because at AKL they had the small cartons available. My DS loves his milk. So far, I have to say I am VERY pleased with the GF IPO. :lovestruc

I'm so glad they came through for you! And, the milk suggestion was a great idea:idea:. The GF/CR IPO seems to be doing a great job, so far. I think you and your family are going to have a great stay at the GF:cloud9:

Me too:love: And I thought I'd pass this along too. They suggested I email them again a week before we come to confirm the requests as well. They said just in case anything "gets lost" in the computer. I would not have thought to do that.

That's great that they are so good for you! I wish they were for me! I want to be impressed! We booked it late, so I only asked about Chef Mickey's (which they DID book for me), and the BBB, which they said had no availability-but had plenty of availabilty when I called myself. :confused3 I SOOO want to be impressed!!! I don't speak up though. Should I ask for milk? I hate to ask (my dd will be 16 months when we go). I wish they suggest things to me!!!

I feel the same about asking for things too. But I find with Disney, and I am sure the GF/CR IPO is the same- It's who takes care of you. Each time you email you may, and probably will get someone different. And I am sure some are better than others. So yes, you should ask about having milk fof your DD. Fingers crossed that both of us have a magical time at the GF:thumbsup2 And you're in RPC:cloud9:, I think your trip will be amazing:goodvibes Don't forget to mention the Birthday!

Does anyone have an up to date email for the WL IPO? I tried to email them, but the one on the first page of this thread didn't work?

does BWI have half gallons of milk? ds drinks milk like a madman... it's his drink of choice for sure... getting a 1/2 gal for the room would be awesome!!

Here is a picture of how their Milk is set up during the breakfast service each morning, so hopefully this can help you.

i'm familiar w/the lounge "set-up" but was wondering if BWI also offers the 1/2 gallon to go as referenced in pas130's post...

anyone know or is it just a wait/ask kind of thing?

I've stayed CL 10 times with kids, twice at BWI, and have never seen or even read here about 1/2 gallons of milk until that post.

It has been known to happen that the CL offers up the special "stocking" items. Usually, you get the bill at the end. You can ask for anything, whether it is offered "gratis" or part of the service depends upon the CM.

First of all, let me apologize in advance if someone has answered this question already. But...based on recent posts, can you request certain drinks in CL? I'm not talking alcohol, I'm referring to apple juice for my son and Coke Zero (my favorite soda in the world!) for me. We're staying at AKL, if that makes any difference whatsoever.

Also, I would love the IPO to handle booking the Wishes Dessert Party for me...should I call directly for that since there is a credit card involved? :confused3

Thank you...

We have requested Sprite Zero from the Innkeepers Club of the Boardwalk Inn for my Mom and got it without any problems.

Another possibly dumb question. Do they have cups with lids and straws? I'd love to not have to bring sippy cups to Disney with me for my 15 month old! Or atleast only use them for water, and be able to put milk in a cup with a lid and a straw. Traveling with a baby always throws these little road blocks in!

Interesting that they may charge you for what they stock your fridge with. They need to mention that before stocking it! LOL! I wonder what they charge for a can of coke zero, and milk! I'll take my chances with what they offer.
