Can you get bottled water in the lounge?

I know that at the Contemporary they have mini bottles of Dasani.

Hi, I have been wanting to stay CL on our next trip! I noticed its only an extra $325 to upgrade at AK!!!! Its about $1000 to upgrade at BC! Thats a big difference! Just wondering why such an increase?? I understand the price difference in the rooms but the CL difference is big. Maybe I am missunderstanding the prices on the site? Are the offerings the same at both? Thanks for any info.!

I just got off the phone with the GF - believe it or not they DO NOT have bottled water in the lounge!!! Only a filtered water dispenser. However, the absoulutely AWESOME CM (Denny) that I spoke to said to call a couple of days before our trip and he arrange for us to get a couple of cases delivered.

I noticed yesterday that the Wildlife Discovery Excursion that is available only to CL guests is ending 12/10/10. Anyone know why?? We did this in July and really enjoyed it. We are staying club level at WL in April and Nov of next year and I wanted to do it again.

I don't know why the CL "premium" is so much less expensive at AKL than it is at all other resort. CL service at AKL is very nice from both IPO before arrival to the offerings in the lounge. Because the upgrade from savannah view to CL is so "reasonable" it can be difficult to book AKL CL rooms at a discount.

We also did it in July and enjoyed it. I am wondering if they are going to offer something simular to everyone not just CL guests.

i read on allears today that starting in early 2011 there will be something at ak called Wild Africa Trek. It has more than the WDE. Don't know how to post link but it you go to allears net on the front page (toward the right) there is a link about what is new in disney parks etc.

Sounds like it is going to be more expensive than the WDE and seems like it will be open to everyone.

I wonder where the "bushwalk through unexplored areas of the forest" will be.

I actually think it's the 19th ... Or at least that's what I was told by IPO. Hope it's true since we have one scheduled (and paid for) on 12/15.

Also, do they have any paper or plastic cups to take to our room?

We usually get groceries for longer stays and get plastic cups, paper towels etc... but we are only staying 3 nights and don't want to waste time.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for a Beers or just taking them when they put them out from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. I am not sure if they any bottles of water but once again all you can do is ask. As for cups they should have some paper ones next to their drinks and etc, so you can just take some.

We have one scheduled and paid for on the 11th....so I, too, am hoping the end date is the 19th!

They can only let you take 2 beers at a time-I think probably some liquor law thing.

They were happy to give me a large glass bottle of when I asked.

They had styrofoam cups near the coffee.

I would think the store has paper towels as they have lots of food items for those at the BW villas.

Had another great day at the Magic Kingdom today. The crowds are heavier than they were during the week.My husband and I are off to watch my niece and her friends cross the finish line for the wine and Dine Run. After party goes until 3am!!!!! I don't think I will make it to the end, but will celebrate with them a little.

The only sign I have seen in any of the lounges when it comes to laws regarding Beer says you need to be at least 21 to drink them and I have never seen one that says there is a limit on how many Beers you can take out of the lounge.

I've finally decided, after much tweaking , to go for a split stay in Nov 2011, 5 days at an Epcot resort (most of you know where lol) and 3 days at a MK resort. I'm seriously torn between the GF RPC and the Poly, TPV CL room.

I really cannot decide so here's where you guys fit in ..... as a 'solo' 40 (and a little bit) year old female where would you choose?

The first 5 days will be spent mainly at Epcot for Food & Wine, the remaining 3 will be spent a little bit at MK, but mainly relaxing and shopping.

Unfortunately decision has now been made as no more TPV CL Poly rooms through Disney UK for my dates, , but on a positive note at least it made my decision a little easier lol - so have booked the last 3 nights at the GF.

I'm going to take a stroll along the Poly beach to watch Wishes though

LOL Jeannette, don't give up counting yet .... there's still over 12 months until I get on that plane lol

Can't wait to hear about your CR CL stay, a positive review may mean I need to reconsider my MK split stay option
