I only read the first page of replies but here's my thoughts:
If it was a standing only concert then you do have to be mindful of those around you because everyone is not the same height. If a short person is behind you and you are swaying a lot then you are effectively preventing her from viewing the concert at all and that would be rude.
But if she was sitting down and could easily see just by standing up then I don't feel like you were being rude.
Either way, I don't feel like you were being rude by not realizing you were blocking her view and I don't feel like she was rude for asking you to stop swaying so she could see.
It would only become a rude situation, IMHO, if you refused to quit swaying when she was already standing or if she spoke harshly when asking you to stop swaying.
