Concerned about Fulton’s Crab house

For my upcoming trip in mid-May, I have an ADR for Fulton’s Crab House. I love real seafood – but I’m also a pretty big eater. When I do crab legs I typically do at least two clusters.
The official Disney Restaurant website has a menu that is almost two years old. Allears.net recently updated their Fulton Menu and not only are their prices significantly higher but the serving sizes have been reduced:

Alaskan King Crab CLAWS
Official Disney Site: 1 ½ pound for $51.95
All Ears: 1 pound for $58.95

Alaskan King Crab LEGS
Official Disney Site: 1 ¼ pound for $39.95
All Ears: 1 pound for $53.95 :scared1:

I know seafood is expensive but a pound is not going to do it for me. I can add a crab cake to make a meal out of it but that means I will be paying $69-$74 just for food (before tax, gratuity and beverage) and just for ONE person.
My questions is has anybody been there lately. I know sometimes Allears posts menus with the additional premium charged during peak times (I will be there during the slower part of May).
What kind of prices and serving sizes did you see? Anybody have some pictures of a recent menu and/or some serving sizes.
Trying to decide if I should punt or not. I do have an ADR for Cape May for a different day so it’s not like I would totally miss out on crablegs and seafood.

wow...those prices seem even more crazy than usual . I hope you get an answer: I'd like to know if those prices are correct. We've thought about going to Fulton's but have passed since we're usually on dining plans and they don't take it. Not sure I would even think about it at those prices.

We just had a lovely surf & turf (melt in your mouth filet, and 8 oz grilled lobster tail) that was $37. Now I know we won't get those kinds of prices in the Disney area, but still...those prices are:scared1:

Try going to Fultons website for menu updates.

Not sure if this is the same but you get a 10% discount if you belong to AAA. It might just be only if you book your package through AAA though. This was in 2008.

My Boyfriend got the Alaskan King Crab Claws. They are soooo good.

I agree, it isn't that much if you are a huge eater but if you love seafood these are very good.

And trust me we are normally all you can eat crab leg buffet people. My BF normally eats about 10-14 claws... He was full after this meal.

I just read that you normally eat two clusters...that is nothing...you will be full after this.

It looks as if my boyfriend already ate some claws too, you can see one on the plate and a couple in the silver basket.

I had the crab claw meal. I couldn't finish it all. The claws were very good, very sweet and had a ton of meat. Plus, the crack them for you :)

Try going to Fultons website for menu updates.

Don't think that will help in this case, since OP wants prices...the Fulton's website only lists prices for their special Fixed-Price meals. The regular dinner menu lists everything except prices:sad2:

See that looks like the pound and a half serving. That means the same dish today would be 2 to 3 less claws.

My wife had the crab claws not too long ago and was stuffed! They look smaller in the photo, but they are each about the size of an average fist.
