SoKalKDG, the TTS was a typo....it is TSC who I had all of my communications with.

PoohnPiglet, 3 emails sent, 2 of which went unanswered. I also made 3 phone calls. I received 1 response to my email and had one phone call returned. So it wasn't a matter of me not being proactive and meeting them more than half way. Despite all of the drama with the late closing, overall it was a good experience and I would do it it again if given the chance. TTS gets 4 mickeys out of five in my book.

Doc, haven't heard from you and didn't mean to offend you..especially a fellow Hooiser. Thanks for your input. Now as far as this thread goes..I think the crisis is over, I'm officially a member and couldn't be more happy so feel free to delete it.

Sure .... steal it!! Seriously, all I did is browse through people's signatures. When you see what you want, rick click on it and then select properties. Then all you have to do is copy the url and paste it in your own signature between the "

" (without the "s).
