Concern for someone spending TOO much $$ on Disney

I agree! This is weird!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_14_16.gif' border=0></a>

okay-I'm on the phone with her right now-swears it's not her:rolleyes:

If I were you, I'd be PMing a mod right now to see if they can get the ISP of this person. IF they can get the ISP, they can probably tell you which state and what particular area of that state the person is posting from. IF it matches up with the general area where your SIL lives...I'd be on her butt like flies on honey.

But that's just what I would do in your situation. YMMV.

just got off the phone with my sister. She is insisting it's not her.............. so, I have 3 other sisters who are also Italian Irish:crazy:

Wow, I just read through this, G&G's search history, and that is WEIRD!!!!!  FREAKY. If I were you, Kteacher, I would pursue this. Someone, sister or not, is stalking YOU.

that is pretty scarey... yeh I would see if an op can get an ip so you can see what state and town and such...just to make sure it isn't yur sis..

Okay, I have a feeling this might be my younger sister:rolleyes: Either that or there's someone stalking me on the DIS, in which case, I'm done here for a while

then you just ate into the "stalkers" hands...... don't go... you stay put... put the person on iggy and find an ip.. if it is a person on here and not a realative putting the person on iggy will do the trick and I mean Kteacher to get the ip not the op (said that in previous post) and if it is a realative they can't hide forever.... and I would seriously consider disowning that realative for trying to embarass you...

Kteacher, I fully agree with above, don't let the jerk win. This is just another troll, several on the board now. If you ignore a troll, they lose. You react, they win. Don't leave, no reason for it. I would be very surprised if it is not a relative, a jealous one.

Kteacher, don't go. Whoever is doing this has the problem and should CUT IT OUT.

Has anyone else noticed G&G's post count is EXACTLY the same in all the posts, 9 ?

It will stay 9 until she/he makes another post, then you will see it say 10 in all of the posts. It changes that way for everybody.

Come out, come out, wherever you are, G&G!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay everyone... I am pretty sure that Garlic and Gaelic is my younger sister-the same sister that I took to WDW this April:rolleyes: so, Garlic and Gaelic, AKA Senorita Monkeyshines- YOU ARE BUSTED! So, since you asked a question in a public forum, I'll answer you .

I am glad you are concerned about my SON Marshall's grades, and while it is unfortunate that he did not make the Honor Roll this year, I have a feeling that it is due more to the fact that he got his license and a car than the fact that I bought a Mickey phone and some antenna toppers on ebay:rolleyes: I am actually quite proud of him-while he can be a pain in the behind sometimes, he is a pretty good kid-he has nice friends, is polite, and even does volunteer work. As far as spending college funds on disney, guess what- we don't do that. While we are not in the same income range of some family members, we do quite well, and are happy to boot. Does everyone remember Ian? The son who was in the hospital with a lacerated spleen, and then contracted Lyme disease? Well, the second WDW trip this year is to make up for him missing out on so much at the end of the school year (BTW, he and his sister got straight A's this year, despite the dreaded Mickey phone and antenna toppers)We are going for a long weekend-not a trip that is breaking the bank by any means. All in all, we have a pretty good life. I think I'm a good mother:D , and my kids seem to be pretty good kids:D So, I know you don't "get" Disney, which is okay. I don't "get" Palm Beach...... but I still love you anyway:earsgirl:

Sorry about the long post everyone. Hi Garlic and Gaelic:wave:

You handled this very well! If it had been my sister doing this, I don't think I would have said it so nicely! Good for you! One thing, did you get a confession, yet? Inquiring minds want to know!!!!!!!!!!!!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_2_26.gif' border=0></a>

No confession yet, but I'm now positive it's her. Some of my reasons:

Her name-we're Italian Irish-the misspelling did throw me for a minute

registration date-right after I told her I was taking her to WDW in April(yup, I paid for her trip as a gift to her:rolleyes: )

1-800-lawyer comment- this is something she would say

comments about Puerto Rico- she knows how much I love it there, and still makes nasty comments about this beautiful place

my cat only eats Fancy Feast- unless you've been to our house you wouldn't know this

Jackie Gleason costume comment-she and I had talked about this party at length

post about the costumes I was working on at school- she always rolls her eyes at the amount of freebies I do for the school

she posted a question about the MVMCP the day after I emailed her to tell her Ian and I were going in Dec.

She's denying it's her, but I can tell when she's lying -we're sisters:rolleyes: Funny story about her lying habits that I have to tell: When my DD was about 4 or 5 we were visiting my parent's house. My DD had never had her hair cut, it was beautiful, long curly hair, with her baby curls at the ends. My sister commented that it was too uneven and it should be cut. I said no, I like it. I leave them alone, and guess what happens-she cuts my daughter's hair, about 5 " worth:eek: then tries to tell me it just looks shorter because "it's humid" It took her about 3 months before she finally called me to say that she had cut my DD's hair:rolleyes:

Sorry long post-Pop Daddy please don't hate me!

Wow, KTeacher!! You are handling this lots better than I would have. If one of my brothers had done this to me, they'd be getting a talking-to that they would never forget!

My family doesn't understand my love of Disney, either, but I figure that's their problem, not mine. You go on enjoying life and doing what you like to do!!! Oh, and let us know if she ever 'fesses up! This has almost been like a soap opera.
