Computer Help..Please Don't Laugh

I am so stupid when it comes to my computer. I need to clear my cookies and I don't know how. I thought I did but I was wrong. Can someone please explian it to me as if they were explaining it to 2 year old

What bowser are you using?

If you are using Internet Explorer

Go to the top right part of the screen and click the "tools" button

Then Click "delete browsing history"

Then you can click the 2nd button what says "remove cookies"

While there you can also remove temp internet files and delete history

If you are trying to cover up where you have been though, this won't stop anyone that knows about computers. Just being honest.
