I finally am getting rid of my dial-up and going to DSL and was wondering if there is an easy way to transfer my e-mails and address book to my new service? My dial-up service is Wal-Mart Connect and my new DSL service is TDS.
Thanks!:)

Is your email on your machine, or your dial up program?

I guess I don't know what you mean? I can get to my address book without being online, but not my archived e-mails. I have to be online to get those.

What email client do you use? (Outlook? Express, etc.)

Maintaining your address book will be the easiest. Most software programs use the same extension, so exporting your address book is fairly easy.

If you are using Outlook, it will be easy to export your *.pst file to your new client software.

I think he's using the WalMart mail system...

Is your archived mail on the Wal Mart server or in some local directory folder on your own computer?
