I'm glad Ricky's knee is healing well! That had to be a scary thing for him, and considering all the moving and shaking of your WDW trip to make sure he was there for basketball practices and everything, and then to get hurt
I would have been so stressed out!!
He also gets about a gazillion gold stars for his sweet PP moment. For me, Winnie the Pooh was a big deal for my grandmother and I when I was little. In 2014 on our first family trip, I started crying all over WtP at our Crystal Palace breakfast. Like, ugly crying. I struggled to get myself together. It was horrifying. The poor friend of Pooh was probably like, WTH is wrong with this insane person?? So I get the specialness of Peter Pan's Flight for you
I love the stand by line pictures that I've seen, but have never got to experience it in person...so for the upcoming trip, that's what I plan to do first after my BOG breakfast!
I have never done the flying carpets! The line is usually huge by the time we get over there, and in December I can't remember why we didn't ride it, because I had planned to?? At this point I want to ride just to say I have. I think I might feel weird in May doing that one by myself, though. Dumbo is on the list...not sure why flying in an elephant is ok alone but I'm scared of a solitary carpet ride, LOL!!
I didn't watch The View's actual shows, but I did watch all the various clips from Pandora. I had planned to watch the shows from AK, but - and here's where my moron is showing - I kind of thought they were recording NOW and the shows would air later. I don't know how the view works, I've never watched before. So I felt really dumb about missing it.
My flight out in May is at 6:30, which is the latest flight I've ever had leaving WDW. I want to go to Animal Kingdom that morning after dropping my bag at RAC and maybe do the Caring for Giants tour. I have also toyed with the idea of doing all four parks that day, but I don't want to get all hot and gross before getting on the plane, so I'll probably just stick to AK.
Oh, and I can't believe the line at Gaston's! That's crazy!
