I didn't do a lot, but I did an autograph book, license plate, and t-shirts.
Autograph book: I used DISigns from Penny (Chaoscent), LJCollins, and Natalie (the three listed in the reference thread). I decided to leave the extra space around the cards (printed them 2 to a 8.5x11 page cardstock), and attached them with a binder ring. After we return from the World (likely LONG after! LOL) I'll trim them down and scrap them or put them in a photo album- the kind with 4x6 pockets. I "laminated" the front & back covers with contact paper.

On the license plate, I added DS's name, with bevels, to a jtanddolly DISign in photoshop. Laminated with contact paper, again.
License Plate:
I made 2 shirts, which I designed myself. DS7's shirt is a blatant (and not nearly as good) rip off of Dom's DISigns. It's also WAY off center on the shirt! LOL But DS doesn't care- he loves it!

DS5is shirt is all original and all me.
