Oh no Annie! I hope it's just a sprain.

Reddy, I love the LO for Tower of Terror! The colors make me think of that. We love that ride! Have you ever put a penny on your thigh just before the drop? Try it next time...

we are usually trying to make sure everyone is seat belted, & staying calm as possible then me laughing - never thought about a penny, I did see a video where a guy left his belt off, that was cool but funny how short that ride was. They did comment that they were taken out of the park afterwards (no biggie for them since that was the last thing they had planned to do that day, but won't try it again)

Good news, not broken. Bad news, very bad sprain. And because he is no longer a Spring Chicken, it could take a long time to heal. If he doesn't show improvement in a week, he has to a specialist. He looks like this now

I may need to reschedule our Hocking Hills trip until the fall. Can't plan any trips right now that involve walking until we know for sure he is okay. The boys won't go on the trails without Dad. Guess they don't think Mom can protect them from the bears and boogy men.

Can't reschedule Disney. He may doing the cooking and cleaning if he is stuck at the Fort. I am not pushing him around in a wheel chair and don't trust that man with a scooter.

happy its not broken....good luck with keeping him down and resting, we all know how men can be with that did they give him a shoe/boot to wear? I got a shoe when I sprained my foot last fall, made a big difference, was healed in about 2 1/2 weeks!
hope he'll be back on both feet before your trip

I was hoping they would give him the boot. [LOL that sounds even funnier than I thought] But they gave him this contraption that looks the Girl Scout's splint on steroids. Two inflatable bladders inside stiff sides attached with elastic on the bottom and the velcro'd around the ankle. Pretty sure the boot would have look a whole lot cooler then this thing.

yah my shoe wasn't very cute either...megan laughed at me ...A LOT!

tell him to wear it as much as possible...I even wore it to bed, kept my foot from flexing

Poor Annie!!! You can drive that truck and trailer.. girl you are too country not to be able to... If I were closer I'd come drive it for you!!! If I can tow you can!!!

Here is my LO for the MK group as well. I'm finished with all 4 of these. Each chipboard Tink has a slightly different pose. You can't see the oval on the lower right corner well...they all have a different phrase on them.

I laid my photos on top of the mats so you can see how it might look with the colors in Pixie Hollow.

Annie - I really hope he can drive when you head to Disney - I would change anything possible to keep me from driving something that big (or get my DBIL to drive it, he drives a truck & can do the really oversize)

I'm still debating icons for DHS

here's my Group #6 - since I had all my black/white/red/yellow out figured I'd get it done too! I had an idea for this sketch #10 and love that it came out like I envisioned it

think this is my favorite sketch so far!!! doesn't show up so well, but each of the mickey heads is embossed with a different pattern and the black scalloped edge has a little dot embossing too...the journal lines are done in silver ink....anything hanging over the PM are not attached to the PM...MAGIC is done with sparkly paper

off to go put the other 3 together, just had to share since I love it so much
