Compare Maintenance Fees for me please

I believe that the different DVCs have different maintenance fees - right?
Could someone help me out and list them highest to lowest for me?

Depending on whether DVC has increased the 2042 resorts this week -

OKW, BCV, VWL and BWV are all $92 per point, VB and HH are $87. There are no other incentives for these resorts. (I think they will be raising BW, BCV and maybe VWL to $95- leaving OKW at $92 and HH/VB at $87, but am not sure of the date for that increase.)

SSR is still $98 (for existing members) although incentives do remain depending on the number of points purchased.
