They don't have refillable cups either.... (ducks and runs)

why are you ducking and running???? LOL
dont need refillable cups...that could be dangerous! (that is when I need to just open up the bottle)

I've just heard that refillable cups is more of a hot button issue around here than watermarks

Gotcha! Am not going there with those subjects (or another one that I know of too.... because I chewed out for asking about it!)

What were you thinkin of pool hopping or something?

do you get silk sheets on those special beds?

I dont think so, i have given up the king bed when I have been there because i was solo and took friends (couple) or her and her girls all in one room... that might be for those suites over at the GF

But if it was something really special or romantic... well... nevermind!:goodvibes

1 more week till it opens to the public, they were getting these ready for the Cast Member sneak preview they had later that night

this was one of my favorite rides as a kid, can't wait to see what they have done.

So are you going back this weekend to check it out????? Do they do passholder previews before the rides open to the public?

No not this weekend, they did do a pass holder thing, but you had to register and be selected, and of course be there that at that time.

All very true, but Walt acutually walked down the streets at DL, he never got to see WDW.... so there is something to be said for that.
Well, you can also make the argument that Walt himself had over ten years to learn what was a problem with DL and he made sure that those problems were corrected for the MK. :) It's not like he had nothing to do with the planning of WDW, he just wasn't around to see it completed.

But I am coming at it from a different angle from some - I've always been a Disney park fan first and foremost, not necessarily a Disney cartoon/movie/etc fan. Thanks to my 2-year-old, I'm coming around a bit (watching lots of old Mickey cartoons, catching up with the animated movies that I hadn't seen any of for probably 10-15 years, etc - heck, I saw the Lion King stage show before I saw the movie!) Someone who has a long-standing affinity for Walt himself before the parks may see things differently.

Plus I can be in DL in 6 hours or less from home, so that's a big selling point to me.
I can't argue that. I'm sure I'd be an annual passholder if I lived a half-day's drive away from either park. I'm figuring that I'll get an annual pass for WDW one of these days anyway, with the big DVC discount.

WDW passholders and DVC members get an email or postcard saying come down this date-date and try _________ before we open it to everyone. Guess again because of the larger area for the parks helps.
