Booked October 3-13th - All Star Sports - ME, DH, DD3, & DS4 - with free dining plan - 7 day hopper passess with options. Meeting my mom, mil, fil there. We might get there on the 2nd as we are driving - will we be able to check in a day early or should I look into outside hotels for 1 night? This trip is at the pace of the kids and we will make necessary stops. naps, rests when needed so times are subject to change on the whim of a 3 & 4 yr. old.

10/3 - Water Park - CS for lunch - Sit down dinner at Whispering Canyon
8:10 ADR'

10/4 - Other Water Park - CS for lunch - Trails End Buffet ADR for 5:50PM - then we might go to Chip N Dales Campfire & Movie afterwards. Might go back to room for early bedtime as next morning is 1st day in MK

10/5 - Magic Kingdom - ADR for CP 8:10 - hope to be finished by at latest 9:30 so that we can do some fantasyland rides early. If not then off to toontown for opening (10:00AM) then just go at the kids pace. Supper will be CS when we get hungry.

10/6 - Animal Kingdom - ADR Donalds Breakfastsaurus - 8:10 - again hope to be done early enough to get safari out of the way before too crowded. We have ADR's for Concourse Steakhouse at 5:30pm - and then on to MNSSHP at MK. - Question - can't make up our mind on wether we should forgo the TS at concourse and head to MK earlier and maybe just get CS when we get hungry (we have book CS later in our stay so we wouldn't miss the restaurant) - I almost feel like we will be missing out on stuff if we don't get to MK earlier than 7:00 on the dot???

10/7 - Epcot - no ADR's plan on eating when we get hungry wherever the world takes us. I kind of wanted to get a bunch of different CS meals and split so we could try different things but also might do a TS if the mood hits us.

10/8 - Our anniversary - This day is really up in the air as I have been trying to get CRT for breakfast :guilty: No openings for breakfast so I have 4 ADR's this day between Crystal Palace 8:10AM...CRT lunch 12:15.., LTT 2:45P...CRT 5:45PM - If I eventually get what I want - CRT breakfast then will cancel other reservations (or my inlaws will take the kids to 1 and we will keep another) - my inlaws will be taking our children for a couple hours so we will maybe have a nice anniversary dinner just the 2 of us. I am also trying to find out if I can get a mini wedding cake delivered to our room for this nite. I know cost but can't seem to get an answer on delivery to room? I wouldn't be able to pick one up at the bakery w/o him knowing.

10/9 - Everyone else is gone - mom, mil, and fil so now just the 4 of us - This is a rest day - laundry?, another water park day, sit by the pool - whatever strikes us to do this day. Concourse Steakhouse 6:50PM ADR

10/10 - Animal Kingdom in AM - only redoing whatever the kids want to do again. No rush just killing some time. Heading to MGM in the afternoon 12-1:00ish - we wanted to save this until everyone was gone as they didn't have any real interest in going to this park - we want to see the fireworks here so I didn't want to start here and have nothing to do at the end of the day. 4:00 Parade 5:30 ADR at Prime Time - 7:30 fireworks.

10/11 - MK in morning - LTT reservation 12:00PM - Epcot in afternoon - Le Cellier ADR 6:30PM - Basically hitting anything we feel we have missed or needs a redo.

10/12 - Magic Kingdom - Have to spend the last day here - heading back on Thursday (driving) - again hitting anything we missed or redoing 1 last time. CRT dinner reservation 5:30PM

10/13 - Day of DOOM - we are heading out whatever time we want as driving. Have to be back at work 10/17 so if we want to take 2 days back we could leave a little later if we need to hit anything before we leave that doesn't require a park pass. I did make a ADR for 1900 park for 9:00AM - Last little dose of character magic. And have DTD pencilled in just in case we need to pick up last minute souveniers. Also asked for late check out...pls. sprinkle pixie dust and let us get late check out.

Any advice is welcome....This is our childrens 1st trip and I'm sure if we do 1/10th of what there is to offer my kids will be blown away but any hits/tips for a 1st timer with kids to make it truly magical? I have done WDW as an adult but never with kids.

Hi . We are going to MNSSHP on the 6th also but I think it's better to get there a little earlier rather than later since we are paying for the party and don't want to miss anything! I think you are right, it would be better perhaps to move your TS ADR up an hour or so, eat a bit earlier, or just do CS inside the park. Plus I think even though after you eat you will be close to the MK with just a short Monorail ride away, well everyone else will probably be arriving at that time so there will be a long line to get through. We have an ADR at CP at 5:45 and even that I believe is a bit late. Another tip is to make sure the little ones get plenty of rest before you head out to the party, so they can really enjoy themselves, it's sounds like it's going to be a blast!

Another thing is your anniversary, me I saw the Fairytail Lunch review on Deb's site and it sold me, and now we are eating there and I can't wait! So if you can't get the breakfast that's what I would go with :flower: .

Other than that I've only been once, and we missed out on so much that we are going back :Pinkbounc !! So I think there are plenty of true experts on the Dis who can give you better advice than little old me :earboy2: .

Have a wonderful trip

The only thing I would change would be Oct 6th. To me it seems as if you have too much going on. Between being at AK early, then hopping over to the Contemporary, then over to MK for a late night. I would think breaking this day up a bit.
We've never done another park on our MNSSHP day. Mostly, because we want to take advantage of the party and stay the whole time. So, we really spend the day relaxing and such.
If nothing else I'd only spend the morning in AK then head out by lunch time for some resort time and possibly naps.
The schedule really seems to have a lot booked everyday for little ones. I didn't see any "off" days. After a good 4-5 days the parks can get to be overwhelming.

I know you have already made all your dining reservations, but I would consider breaking up the 2 water park days. A day at a water park is a much more relaxing day than at the theme parks, so it could almost be a "rest day". I would do 1 water park, a couple of theme park days, and then the other water park

FYI - We have scheduled the 1st 2 days for water parks as we are waiting for others to arrive. Instead of someone missing our childrens 1st day at the theme parks we opted to do water parks as we had the options on our passes. We have also scheduled Sunday 10/09 as a rest day but may do a water park day again depending on how we are feeling.
