"Jill's first plate..."



"Fruit with cheese, a cinnamon roll, a bagel and a sausage. She made me try the cheese. It was cheddar but she proclaimed it the best cheese ever."


"My first plate..."



"Puffed French toast, a chocolate pastry, some sausage frittata, breakfast potatoes, and the potato casserole. I thought everything tasted good although the potato casserole was a weird texture."



"My second plate..."



"More sausage frittata, sausage gravy and biscuits, and the Western pizza plus one more sausage link for Jill."



"She enjoyed her sausage link with a side of cupcake."





"And of course, the characters were awesome."

"We split the samosas and really enjoyed them - they were nicely spiced, but not overwhelming. The raisin and carrot slaw underneath was extremely refreshing, with a pleasant mint flavor."

Thanks for the AK snack updates Mr. DDW! I am fairly unimpressed with the TS and CS offerings at AK other than Flame Tree and I decided we would only doing snacks at AK this trip. These are a couple of snacks that I will definitely be adding to my list. I love samosas, so that will be a perfect afternoon snack. Plus, I believe that stand is very close to the margarita stand.

Next up is an update from Vicki (GoofySon'sMom) and sadly it is the final one from her trip.


She and Andrew were at Epcot yesterday and had their last meal at...

She said, "I cannot remember the last time that I ate at the same restaurant twice on the same trip. But I had to come back for the spaghetti."

I would like to volunteer to report November 13th to 17th it will be me and my 2 adult daughters. We will be staying at Saratoga Springs. I've never reported before but it sounds like fun and since its just a girls trip will be way more laid back.

Hi Barb and Everyone!

It's DeeDee again, reporting back for live action duty September 21-28. DH and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary. Our celebration will be a few month's early, largely due to a return trip to the World December 7th-20th. I would love to meet up with you guys in December. We will indeed be in Epcot on December 9th, attending the first show of the Candlelight Processional that evening with Sigourney Weaver. We will also be attending MVMCP on Tuesday, December 10th, so it looks like our paths will cross multiple times. I would love to help with whatever thread report method you will be using in December.

But back to the trip at hand, our September trip will see us shrink our kid number to one, with only the baby tagging alone. With three children, trust me, just the baby will feel like we are practically kid free. We will be staying at the YC and we plan to spend a good bit of time in WS with a few surprises thrown in for good measure.

Closer to our trip, I'll post a little more information about our plans.

My wife (Lee Ann) and I reported last May and we will be going to WDW again October 18-28th. We will be celebrating our 28th Anniversary and also celebrating Jedijills 29th birthday (again, wink, wink). She said, "We had a quick snack in Tomorrowland this morning from this kiosk..."

"We subbed out the sweet potato fries for regular. Also, the menu did not list that the turkey sandwich had onions. DH scraped them off."



"We also had a chocolate cream puff and chocolate cupcake for dessert..."





"The desserts were amazing and I wish we had each ordered one."


"Lunch was tasty and reasonably priced. I will definitely return to BOG for lunch! For dinner, I would return as well but not as often."




Then a couple of hours later, we received this snack update from...





Anne said, "We got a funnel cake and a spicy chicken and waffle sandwich."










"They don't list that the sandwich has slaw and arugula, and my DS wanted it plain. So they made him a plain one and let us keep the loaded one. I tasted it and it was GOOD! Very different and full of flavor."





"And the funnel cake? Well you can't really mess that up! Love these! Once a year, though, it's so bad for you."



"Oh, and my DH got LeFou's brew again and he didn't want the foam so they put it in a separate cup 'cause I like the foam!"

Getting really excited for my upcoming trip!! Ill be going with my mom, dad and younger brother (19) and sister (16 turning 17 two days after we come back). We will be staying at Coronado and have the DDP. We have dinner reservations for TRex, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Mama Melrose, Ohana, Coral Reef and Captain's Grill. We will be dropping one reservation as we go based on how we're feeling!

Not sure how my family is going to react to me taking pictures of our food. They may think I'm a bit nutty but that's ok

Snacks and quick service are 100% up in the air. This is going to be a laid back trip so no over planning realllly excited to drink around the world with pops!

So with that in mind, this first update is from their snack lunch at Magic Kingdom last Friday.
