Becky said, "Ok, Disney really IS trying to kill us. I told Charlie I was dying for some fruit, so we went to the food court and I got an orange for now and banana for later. This is TWO snack credits according to Disney."

RAGLAN ROAD



Lauren said, "We had canceled our Raglan Road reservation on Monday, but my brother still really wanted to try it, so we went for dinner last night."

"I had the League of Nations beer flight. The pilsner from Germany (don't remember the name) was my least favorite, but I still managed to drink it all."

"We were sitting off in one of the alcoves without a good view of the stage, but the dancers brought a small platform around and did a quick performance where we could see them too. Just a note, I think they only do this before the band comes out--once the band is playing, they seem to dance exclusively in the middle area."

"The waiter brought soda bread, which is yummy and moist and very tasty with the oil dip they give you."

"For dessert we all shared a Bakewell Beauty pear tart. This was good, but nothing that will make our "must eat again" list."​

Chris said, "This is my hubby's scallops, fries, and hushpuppies. The fries and hushpuppies were very good. And DH loved the scallops."

Niki said, "I forgot how good this place is. This is my bacon cheeseburger, it was great!"

"Mike had a burger with blue cheese and onion rings (no pic). He loved it as well."




"We shared the banana bread with peanut butter for dessert. It was excellent! Slices of banana bread with peanut butter in the middle, like a sandwich. It was served with vanilla ice cream and banana caramel sauce. Out of this world yummy! Sorry I don't have a pic though. I checked the photo I took and it looks like a big thing of poo."

"This was your typical hard sourdough rolls. They were steaming hot and were very good with the pepper and oil they had for dipping."

"These were pretty tasty. I have had better, but these had a lot of flavor and spice and we enjoyed them."





"For dinner DH and I split the Chicken Campanelle..."

"It came out already split for us. DH enjoyed this more than I did. I liked it, but I found it to be very heavy and I could only manage half of my half. DH finished the rest."





"DD ordered the four cheese flat bread..."

"She really liked this and ate almost all of it. Thumbs up from the pickiest child alive."





"DS ordered the steak and macaroni..."

"He said it tasted OK and he really liked the macaroni. But DH and I found this be a very poor cut of meat. It was very difficult to cut and there seemed to be a lot of gristle and fat."




"For dessert, DH and I shared the Amaretto Cheesecake..."

"Both of us really liked this. It was good and creamy and had a nice amaretto flavor."




"The kids just got vanilla gelato..."

"Which they both liked. Cant go wrong there."


"Overall, this restaurant was a mixed bag. Our service was very kind and efficient and we liked him very much. The chef came out to talk to us because DD has a peanut allergy and I noticed a lot of things with nuts on the menu. He was very nice and upbeat. He said the things that DD had already picked out to order would be fine. So service was good. The food was OK. There were some things we really liked, but other things didnt measure up. I am not sure we would go back here again with so many other options to choose from."
