Coming from the Great White North in August, what are we thinking? We're back!

Great update and love all the pics.

We ate at Liberty Tree last year and thought it was very good. Even ds ate and he can be picky. My only complaint was the waiting area was very crowded and someone tried to steal our table. When they called us another group answered and said they were us.

OMG! Too bad you weren't actually back in the 1700s... you could have challenged the other dad to a duel. :rotfl:

Actually it was two women. That's what gave them away. The CM was looking for a party of 3 not two. Also, the women could pronounce our last name.

Oh, well, I bet you could have taken 'em then. :rotfl:

I love the Spectromagic pictures. That was the one thing that we didn't get to see last time. We're definitely going to have to make sure that we see it this time though. It just looks awsome.

Great updates, the pics have so much to say!! We will be eating at LTT for the first time this trip, so it was great to see the pics!

Great update Ladies!! I love all the character photos and that is a great tip for seeing Spectro Peg, to have ADRs at LTT right before. Next time for sure.

Nice to hear your take on the plane ride QofT!!! What a riot! I must say, your DD looks so much like you it is uncanny.

I actually went with with the kahlua in the coffee in the morning, coconut Rum in the diet coke for the afternoon and some wine with dinner. It made all the lights everywhere look like they were blurring together.

Bet the parade was thoroughly magical for you then!!!!
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Great pictures. We loved Liberty Tree Tavern. My DD just loves Goofy. We really liked the food and the character interaction was wonderful as well. And as for the bailey's in the coffee, I'm just going to stay neutral on that one because neither of you have any evidence to back up your claims.:confused3
Natalie

The food is good there isn't it? Makes me hungry just thinking about it. Evidence eh? yeah I don't think I do have any evidence, darn it all. Just remember, I'm the one telling the truth:lmao:

Queen, re your ironing girlfriend --- Absolutely you should let her!!!! How'd you get that lucky? Does she have a Florida counterpart? Sounds like you were just doing your part to make sure Brenda was having an enjoyable day.

Re "love flying hate the thought of crashing" :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: You really need to listen to George Carlin's bit about airlines. You'd love it!

A law that they have to tell you that there was a near crash??? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Do the police have to tell you that they almost shot you? I think it would be perfectly sufficient for the pilot to say "a situation developed that caused us to abort this landing and make another approach. If you wish to have details please ask after the flight" That way the people that want to know could find out once everyone was safely on the ground.

So if you're snakebit PP would probably give you the ingredients for antivenom but then expect you to mix them yourself, right? Don't worry, Q... we all know how sadistic she is with members of her family. She's ruined that poor little girl... girl can't travel on the sea or by air or probably by rocket after MS. Only thing left is via ground. I imagine Peg's probably looking for a video about "Greatest Crashes of all Time" soon to start showing her.

Oh, so "she's on her own"... see, you'd love Carlin. He's talking about the airbag and how the stewardess tells you to adjust your mask before your kid's and he says that this is a good time for him to learn some self-reliance and if he can program his !@#$$!#@$ VCR.........!!!! Yep, I can see you up there just tossing the girl to the sharks. Now I find it easier to believe that you're PP's own flesh and blood. :rotfl2:

I love Bailey's!!! We called it Scoutmaster's Creamer. Hey... you go out in the woods with a bunch of 11-18 year old boys and try to maintain your sanity. I know, I know... against all the rules. Oh well! The boys didn't know what I was up to and it all has to do with the medicinal uses of alcohol... properly applied to me it keeps the kids alive ;-)

Peg, thanks for all the pictures of Spectromagic! I love this parade too!!! But you're right... the pictures don't do it justice. Something I noticed after our last trip is that my eyes kind of blurred together the lights on their clothes whereas with the photos they're all quite individually visible. Don't get me wrong... I appreciate all the photos... just something I noticed and thought I'd share for no particular reason.

Just noticed the Chip & Dale photo.. yeah,.... kind of like that (the lights on their clothes) That's what my eyes usually did with the lights. Very cool!

I'm loving the TR as I knew I would. You have such a fun style of writing and I'm loving hearing about everything. Okay, so what mean and sadistic thing did you do to your poor daughter next? Did miniMontana get any of this sadism directed at her yet or is she still successfully plying the cute factor?

:lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2: I just got off the phone with QoaT. She wanted me to read what her "fans" had written. We were both cracking up. Are you like this all the time:confused3 Where do you come up with this stuff?

I love the scoutmaster's creamer. I completely understand. Our mother was a guide leader and our dad was a scout leader. They decided to take us all camping in the winter....in Manitoba:scared1: Can you imagine being one of those adults:rotfl2: Not only is it winter but you have a bunch of hormonal teenagers to keep apart:rolleyes1

Now as far as what else I could have done to my poor children/child. You'll love the next installment.

I honestly can't believe the nerve of some people. The waiting area wasn't too crowded when we were there but we have been there when it was jammed.

SO much fun!! Can't wait to hear more!

Coming soon

I definitely recommend it. It is so much better "live". I get excited just thinking about it.:yay:

Oh you will love it. The food is so good and the characters are pretty fun too. My favorite was the gravy, turkey and the ham and mustard sauce. I don't really like mustard sauce much but it was really good. The apple crumble was fabulous:banana: Let me know what you think. Your trip is really coming up fast. You must be excited.

She is a pretty cute kid, a shame she looks like her mom, but what can I say:confused3 :rotfl2:

No wonder you looked so happy when we ran into you:woohoo:

Well, yes, I guess I am like this most of the time. The way I figure it, life is WAY to important to be taken seriously. As for where I come up with it - heck if I know! I guess it helps to be insane. :cool1: And having a Daddy that thought it was fun to scare his children until his wife screamed at him probably helped. :scared1:

:rotfl: :rotfl: about y'all camping in Manitoba in the winter. Man, I'm not even that sadistic. Well, maybe I am --- but I'm not masochistic enough to have gone with. Yeah, must keep the hormonal teenagers apart. Aren't Scouts in Canada co-ed? Yes, must keep the hormonal teenagers apart. Those types of "recruiting practices" (i.e., creating new recruits from scratch) are frowned upon, I would think.

Ooooh... more sadism from PP visited upon her poor unsuspecting children! I can't wait!!!!! :rotfl2:

Hypermommy you are so fun:cool1: I promise to update this weekend. I know it's already Saturday and no update. I'm not sure where last week went but here we are. We went to see Elton John last night:cool1: Wow is he amazing. 2hrs and 30 min and then came back for a 15 min encore. It was so great I really can't even do it justice. He is an amazing artist.

Oh, man!!!! For once I totally understand and agree with you delaying the TR. I saw Elton John one time here in Tally which was in and of itself an amazing thing because no one good ever comes to this podunk little town with its delusions of grandeur. But you're right, he's totally amazing! He signed everything that was handed up to him and really made the fans feel like they'd gotten their money's worth. It's so nice to see a truly successful person like that know that his fans are what's kept him living this lifestyle for all these years and being thankful to them. And he does put on an amazing show!! If you want to sneak in some pictures from the concert, I know I'd love them.

Okay... so Elton John explains why you didn't post this weekend. But, ahem, it's TUESDAY now, in case you've lost your calendar. Time for another update. (You didn't think I could let you get off scot free, did you?)

Now it's Wednesday. The concert is over so now we need something new. It's time.:surfweb:

You guys are so sweet. I humbly apologize to everyone patiently or I should say to some not so patiently:rotfl2: waiting. I love TV and the new fall season started and boy am I not impressed with the fact that it really cut into my computer time. Anyway I am working on it as we speak and it will be up later. I do have to take a break and take the kids cookie decorating today but I will be posting today. I promise.
