Comfort Station Question

Been to WDW a bunch of times, but never stayed on site! Can't wait to finally stay onsite

We chose a cabin at FW, and I just have a couple quick questions. I called FW, but they didn't seem to know for sure.

DMIL is really worried that we will be too far to haul laundry at our cabin. She really thinks we should rent a golf cart, but we would LOVE to save the $470 it would cost.

1) Are the only laundry facilities in the cabin loops at the Comfort Stations?

2) How far is the walk to any particular facility

3) How many CS's are there in the cabin loops? I saw one map that showed only one

4) Would it be possible to drop someone off with laundry at a CS, and then head back to our cabin, and pick them up later? I'm assuming there is no parking at the CS's.

Anything else you could help with would be awesome!!!

There is just the one laundry in the cabin loops by the pool. There is a place to park a few GC's but no car parking. I don't see why you couldn't quickly unload the laundry from your vehicle there tho.

You could always use the internal bus system and ride with your laundry in a suitcase, duffle, or bag of some sort if your cabin is some distance from CS

Cabin loop 2100 backs onto a CS with laundry which is very conveinient

Go and get those 1.97 huge mesh duffle bags from walmart. They work great for hauling laundry and are easy to carry. It is better than you spending $470 on a golf cart if you don't want one. (I know, did I just say that?) You can put them on the bus system and they are very easy. I am actually using those bery duffles until my washing machine comes in from back order, as my old one died.
