Comfort Inn Lake Berna Vista Reviews?

I am not able to stay at the Disney hotels becuase my friend who works for the park has black out dates becuase of spring break. So we are staying at the Comfort Inn Lake Berna Vista. I 've seen very very mixed reviews for it and am a little nervous staying there. What is is like?
