Is the show at the Comedy Warehouse appropriate for children? Has anyone attended a show? How was it?

I have gone there twice, kids ages at the time where 14 and 11 for the first and second shows of the evening and it was fine for kids. The youngest I have seen in there was probably 8 or 9. I have been told that the last show of the night can get a little more adult oriented but still not that bad.

Also check out the adventurers club, I have heard it is great also.

Hahahahh the last shows can get very vulgar... When people start drinking at the clubs and then they think "hey lets go to the comedy warehouse".... Well they like to shout out ideas for things that are very adult orientated.... but hopefully a 9 year old will be well in bed by 12 or 1 oclock

Both Comedy Warehouse and Adventurer's Club feature humor no more risque' than what you'll find in any Drew Carey episode. It's double entendre. If your off-spring get the joke, they've already lost their innocence. I started taking my kids there when they hit 12. You're likely to receive some unsolicited advice in this thread to the effect that the presence of your kids will cause the performers to tone down their jokes. This is pure bunk. Others may say that your children being there will inhibit their fun. Ignore them, if Walt wanted them excluded, he'd make it policy as it is with BET and Jellyrolls. Enjoy!
