No, with the PPP tickets you are generally allowed to enter about 4:30pm.

2 yrs ago, they were allowing people with tickets to the party to enter at 4:00.
I guess we'll have to wait until the sept to see if they will allow that this yr.
I have an ADR for 4:05, so I hope. In fact when I made the ADR, the CM said they will hold it for 20 minutes.

That was they way it was at the MVMCP this year and the CM said that would be the also be the case for the PPP. I hope so.

No, you can only make an ADR for LTT or TTS for the night of your MVMCP at this point. Once you hit the 180 day mark, you can make them for other places. Have fun! MVMCP is a blast!
