My DD and I caught the last part of a program on cheap eats in Orlando-they profiled a restaurant called, Colorado Fondue Co. Anyone heard of it or eaten there? It looked like fun.

I think I caught the tale end of that show too; something about eating for under $40 per day... It did look fun and relatively inexpensive-I believe it was $8 for what looked like two orders of the appetizer/dessert they featured-bananas, marshmallows, graham crackers, cherries, chocolate - yum!!

The have a website.. I think its just the name of the restaurant.
DO a search and it will come up.

I saw that same special a few months ago, and I drooled at the selection she had.

The restaurant is near Casselbarry (sp?) so I 'm not sure where that is in relation to Orlando.

I thought they said it was in Winter Park?? Winter Park is north of Orlando.

Winter Park was the other restaurant the White Coyote or what ever that one was.

FIrst it was the bakery, then the White Coyote, then Colorado Fondue, and then the Tu Tu Tango.

Scary, how I remember those things?

I saw that too. I didn't know that was in Florida. I was so hungry when I was watching that. I always caught the tail end, well, another must do place when we go down there in January.
I think I plan my vacation around food and restaurants :)

Thanks Barry.! The map on the website, only showed a local map, and couldn't tell exactly where Cassellberry was!

My husband and I ate there a couple of years ago. They run a special every once in a while (I just saw something in Friday's Orlando Sentinel calendar section), less than $40 for two including salad, cheese fondue app, main meal and dessert fondue. When we went, we had salad with sesame seeds, swiss cheese fondue with bread and broccilli, hot rock with steak and chicken and veggies and a chocolate/peanut butter fondue with fruit, marshmellows, etc. I don't remember much else but I do remember we had a great time. Check out the calendar section for the ad.
