Man, Saturday was really windy. Rachel was singing with her choir at Columbine days at Clement Park and we could hardly hear them over the wind. She said that was actually a good thing though because they messed up. The kids and I drove up to Loveland to see my folks. It was a long drive with the wind whipping around.

Ok you CO DISers. Am I wrong? Does Colorado have a law in effect that states that gift cards do not expire nor can they charge fees? I just ran across two gift cards to Beau Visage Salon that expired in Dec. I remember hearing on the news that CO protects consumers regarding gift cards. I am wanting to go to the spa armed with knowledge.

yes we were one of the first states to institute that law.

I did a lot of research on the computer last night regarding gift certificates and that is why I was confused. I thought CO was one of the leading states regarding no expiration and quite honestly the articles I was reading made me think different. That is why I turned to you pros!! I thought I had lost it!
