Nothing yet, the last I heard was a soft opening in April.

I didn't even know that....Cassidy is going to be thrilled because it was/is a lot bigger than the one in SW.

They were all happy when I told them Disney is in talks to take the Disney Store back from Children's Place.

Here's a funny question for you... What uses for boiled eggs can you come up with to try and USE all these pretty things we have in the fridge? I was laughing with babytrees about feeling like I was in Forrest Gump, except I was using eggs instead of shrimp!

My list:
Deviled eggs
Egg salad
Boiled eggs for breakfast
tuna salad with chipped up eggs
chicken salad with chipped up eggs

have you had hummingbirds wings on toast?? It's really creamed tuna but my mom got tired of me asking what was for dinner when I was little and told me that she was cooking. It tastes good with hardboiled egg slices on it.

My other suggestion is not to hard boil so many next year

I forgot to take pictures yesterday but from the first round it is obvious that peep bunnies will always lose.

Creamed tuna on toast is just cream gravy with tuna in it. We also put peas in it. So unhealthy but tasty....and that is why we have it once a year or so.

I just had a egg salad sandwich and I think that's enough for me.

Make quick and easy tuna casserole. My version is boxed macaroni and cheese, cream of something soup, tuna, and chopped up hard boiled eggs.

Mickey02, (Barb) welcome back from WDW. I know that you have been having Disney Store withdrawals. This is going to make you HAPPY!

I make a shrimp casserole with the eggs. Pretty much the same as a tuna casserole but substitute shrimp for tuna, add the eggs, shredded cheese, pasta, cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas. I don't bake it so it stays nice and creamy.

Babytrees, only one egg salad sandwich and you are done with it???? Man, I love those things!

Our stuff is here!

You can blame us for the snow on Saturday night, it was our "welcome" snow, apparently.

We have a garage here, so we unloaded a bunch of boxes into it, and brought all the furniture up. Moving everything to the second floor, at altitude, is not fun. We'll probably take a few days to finish moving everything from the garage up.

I'll be glad when it is all done.

Okay, so we tried the peeps jousting yesterday. Apparently we didn't have them close enough together so they didn't poke each other. DD still had a blast watching how big they got though. We will have to try again later.

The only thing we do with them here is make tuna salad and just eat them plain. And then we usually end up tossing a few of them.

Good morning everyone !!
The weather yesterday was so nice. I popped DD in the stroller and we went for a long walk. I am hoping to do it again this afternoon. Her babysitter called last night and said put her in something I don't mind dirty because she is going to use her for cheap labor pulling weeds - LOL (she's 3!). I am sure she is going to enjoy being outdoors !
