♥ Saved by an angel in a trench coat!

We literally had a mob boss bumped off yesterday, in NYC. (I know "literally" is a word that tends to be over-used. But this one is for real.) I thought most of the mob crime families were more or less extinct, but apparently they just went underground & stayed under the radar. But, the head of the Gambino crime family (one of the worst mobs,) was still in operation. The mob boss was even hit right in front of his home. (Something which is against the "code" all mobs have with each other.) It was a definite set-up. he was lured out of his house when someone hit his car parked in front of his house. Had he thought he was in any form of danger, he would have never gone out to check out what was going on. The driver opened fire and gunned him down.Well tax evasion gets mob people too.
Now, you guys have got me thinking, that maybe the timing of all this isn't coincidental. It could also have something to do with more tax evasion. And someone wanted the boss gone before any situation he was involved in unraveled like this college scam and the rest of the mob members would be found out?
Never a dull moment in the Big Apple.
