I prefer diet pepsi. I used to love diet coke then I decided to go with what ever was on sale which always seemed to be pepsi products and developed a preference for diet pepsi. It has a lighter/less syrupy taste. Now I don't really like diet coke. I'll drink it from a fountain but I won't buy a bottle of it.

only pepsi product i drink is Sierra Mist. Coke products are Coke (rare) and Sprite (common).

I drink Mountain Dew (preferabbly Diet) - -but will drink a Coke on occasion. I absolutely will not drink Pepsi. My husband prefers Pepsi but will drink Coke without batting an eye... My kids will drink either -- sometimes they prefer Pepsi, sometimes Coke.

ETA: I can't stand a full week with the Dew though, so we always have to stock up on Mountain Dew for the hotel room whenever traveling to Disney!

My DDS told me that Coke has more carbonation than Pepsi so worse for the enamel on teeth....warning falling on deaf ears.

It's a called a Captain Coke for a reason! We do not buy Pepsi products for consumption in our home. DH will drink it if it is the only thing offered at a restaurant.

I actually drink pretty much only water (tap) or occasionally Dr. Pepper......except when I'm enjoying a Captain Coke!

Cherry Coke runs thru my veins, well along with fresh brewed sweet tea.

However, if Cherry isn't avail, I will drink regular Coke or Sprite.

Pepsi seems to always be flat and too sweet

My new favorite is Strawberry Fanta and Jack Daniels :thumbsup2

It seems Coke lovers will NEVER drink Pepsi...
But Pepsi lovers will drink Coke in a pinch.
Diet Pepsi gal here...funny, I find Diet Coke to be too sweet!
I am on a Diet Dr. Pepper kick right now (I will get sick of it sometime...and go back to Diet Pepsi). Dr. Pepper is distributed by Coke here, so it works good for the sales...one or the other is usually on sale!

I grew up on Pepsi and prefer it. Imagine my shock when I moved to Coke country.

I actually gave up cola products altogether.

I LOVE cherry coke zero and coke zero. I also like diet Dr. Pepper, any flavor. Not crazy about pepsi products or diet coke and never drink non diet soda.

Even when I was a kid, and a glass bottle of Coke was 10 cents (soda did not come in cans or plastic back then ), I always picked Coca-Cola or 7-UP over a bottle of Pepsi Cola.

Pepsi was too sweet and not refreshing to me.

Diet Pepsi, regular Coke (but only the glass bottle kind -- I don't often drink regular soda).

I happened to takea look at this survery from a while back and was surprised at the margin. Maybe with soft drink consumtion on the summer rise results could change.

I drink Coca-Cola exclusively. If I go to a restaurant and order a Coke and they say "Is Pepsi Okay?" I say, "No, water with lime please".

I find Pepsi to be too sweet...and Coca-Cola has more carbonation.

+1 :thumbsup2

My favorite is Kolita Fanta (From my country), funny enough last time we went to Epcot we found it on the little Coke store.

Our family prefers Coke products.

When a waitress asks DD20 if Pepsi will be okay when she orders a coke she replies with "Will monopoly money be okay when the bill comes?" :goodvibes

My daughter actually did this for her 4th grade science fair project last year- Coke v. Pepsi: A blind taste test. Coke won- but given we live in GA that is not really a suprise;). Even though the science fair project was just to see which was preferred without knowing what you were drinking... she also asked people to tell her what they thought was which... People were so confident saying they could easily tell coke from pepsi- most people got it wrong! Including me- when they are in a cup they look the same and I was suprised that they tasted so similar.... Had they put diet coke v diet pepsi in I'm confident I would have got it; because diet coke is my drink of choice:)

I like Coke. Pepsi has a weird aftertaste to me. I do miss the Pepsi Jazz though. That was good stuff. I have cut out regular soda and am trying to cut out the diet. It's hard though. The caffeinated bubbles keep calling to me.

Diet Caffeine free PEPSI. I hate Diet Coke. It has a nasty aftertaste. I wish Disney would switch to Pepsi products :rolleyes1

Atlanta native here and very, very loyal to Coca Cola! I hate Pepsi. If you cut me open, Diet Cherry Coke would flow from my veins.

Joke around here:

Customer: "I'll have a coke."

Waiter: "Is Pepsi, ok?"

Customer: "I don't know, is Monopoly money ok?"
