Can you get free coffee with the mug?

Although coffee isn't on the RFID chip system, you're not entitled to free coffee if you don't have the refillable mug (or, you can pay for a cup of coffee each time).

One suggestion that I can make on coffee is that if you plan on getting coffee on your way through the building and on to the park, leave the cup in your room and just pay for it. That way you aren't lugging around your cup all day through the park, unless you plan on having it accessible for your way back to the room after the park.

Since a cup of coffee is nearing $3 without the mug (and without stealing coffee), I am mystified why one would want to pay for the cup of coffee just to avoid carrying the mug in the parks.
