Coffee on Planes

I usually take my own coffee to Disney to use in the coffeemaker in the room. I just don't like Disney's coffee. The next trip I will be flying. Will I have any problems if I have a package in my suitcase on the plane?

No. I've taken ground coffee in both my check and carry on bags. Not a problem.

It is interesting... we have never had a problem either, but always suspected we would, some day, because we heard a rumor that one "good" way of smuggling drugs is inside ground coffee. I have no idea if that's true or not, but I've never had my coffee confiscated or probed.
