Coffee Junkie here--HELP

And did you know that there are 3 or 4 non-Disney run coffee carts at Epcot? (at least they were non-Disney in 2004)

These are the ones outside Electric Umbrella, Milleneum Village, between Friendship dock and Mexico, and I believe the one outside the US pavilion. Hence the different baked good and brands of tea, along with the different prices!

I don't know if they are better/worse since my coffee purchases at Epcot are in Italy...

The coffee in the Dolphin is part of Starbucks' 'proudly serve' program which is available in a lot of Starwood and Marriott properties which do not have a full Starbucks on site - ie they serve Starbucks brewed coffees.

Keep in mind that things change - I used to love the coffee cart at the entrance to MGM, and was shocked to discover in December that they make the latte's now with some kind of sweet flavour ie from the machine, and not hand pulled/frothed.

Also note that sizes and quality of espresso drinks vary widely across Walt Disney World. Once I find a good location, I stick with it (unless it changes suddenly like my MGM experience!)

Some resorts do not have coffeemakers in the room on arrival, like WL, but if not just ask. I believe that only the values do not provide one at all, and you will need to bring your own machine or press.

Lindsay- I usually get my white coffe at local mom & pop coffee stands. White coffee has a less bitter taste than regular coffee, and it has 30% more caffeine. I'm from Washington, where you can literally go block-to-block and find a coffee stand. I'd brew mine at home, but I don't want to pay $10 a pound! So your best bet to find white coffee is to find a mom & pop coffee stand. Hope this helps!!!

Oh yes! I can vouch for the frozen coffee at AK!!! It was just awesome. We were walking out of AK one day last year and it was so hot. My DH ordered that drink and I wanted it all, it was so yummy.

About the kona coffee at the Poly...my DH wants to stop by there one day while we're at the MK just to bring back some ground kona coffee for our room at the BWV. Can we do that? Do they sell the coffee by the grounds, as in bags of it? thanks.

If you go to www.hammercoffee.com , go to the store section and look for White Zombie. Here is the description and price given on the site:

White Zombie Coffee (1 Pound)

I think Eeyorelives described the location perfectly, lets see, the only thing I can remember is we were almost out of the park and it was on the left (we were leaving). It was one of those stand alone kiosks. But just go back to her post a few back and she described it just right. They are so so good. Its like getting a thick frappe.
