Codes Question

Hi Gang

Just wondering.... as I'm not sure how these "codes" work.

1. Does Disney release discount codes for the deluxe resorts?
2. Can anyone use these codes to book with discounts? In other words if I got a code from this board could I just phone Disney and book my rooms?
2. Do you need an AP or something else to book with a code?

When Disney releases the codes they generally apply to all resorts. You can use the codes from this board and from Mousesavers.com as they are for the general public. Disney also releases codes for AP holders. You can use those codes even if you do not have your AP in hand, you just need to have your voucher when you check in to the resort.
What most people do is book their room once they know when they want to go, and then when the codes come out apply the code to the existing reservation, or upgrade if they can get a good deal.
