Am I the only one that the 4/3 deal was no good. I called at 5:30 that night the promotion started and they said there were no deals for the time I was going 4/9-4/18 except for a club level room at the WL for another $1500 but I keep reading that people are saving tons of money. Some even during the same days we are going

I called that same night right around the same time and was told the SAME thing -- that I could book WL club level and that was it. So....I called the next morning and everything was open at almost all resorts. I am also going Easter break. So my advice is to call back!

Ok here's something about the 4 day 3 day free promotion I just learned on the phone with a CM:

People can hold them until 10 pm at night. So say I call at 7 am and don't know if I want to book, I can put the ressie on hold until 10 pm that night. If I don't call back and pay by 10, the ressie is opened for people the next day. So I hope that helps people understand some of the problems they've been having a little better if you didn't know what the CM just told me

I just woke up this morning with a PIN for book at least 5 days and 5 nights get a $500 gift card when you check in!! I called at 9:15 am my time and there was already nothing left but deluxe resorts However, then the CM told me that little piece of info up above so I'm going to call back tomorrow morning at 7 am and I should be able to get something because I'm sure some of the value resorts will open up! I knew I should have woken up earlier today!!

I'm feeling left out...since we own DVC, but we were trying to save points, we have a split stay in April, with a couple nights booked at POR...we're trying to save money as well, so bumping up to 4 nights to get the 3 free would cost us more - and we already have our passes (two APs, and two hoppers for the kids).

I hope there are still some AP discounts available later on...I wouldn't mind a couple of nights at a deluxe for the price of POR...

Thanks for the information. I am going to call in the morning and just see. I also received a pin code for a $500 gift card but it is for the week after I am going.

I think Disney is just busting my hump since I am going the week of Easter vacation and "they" somehow know I can not change my week!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know, that last week, my travel agent jumped me on board with the 3 Nights free deal....

And wouldn't ya know it, I got an email 2 days later with a pin code. It proposed this :

So what was I to do? My travel agent said Disney wouldn't give both pin code, and the promotion....Well, Disney didn't make it hard for me at all!

They gave it ALL to me! YES I SAID ALL.... The 3 Nights free, Free dining, and the discounts! Even my agent couldn't believe it!!!

So my trip for a 5 days/6 nights $2700 for 4 .... To now 7 days/7 Nights plus free dining! (W00t!) for 4 at $2100 !!!! They let me keep my resort rooms, (preferred rooms), applied it to both MY family and the family going with me, AND let me keep my park hopper upgrade !!!

Can't contain myself (took me a bit to get here and scream atop the mountain, but work has had me quite busy lately)

So : Moral of the story.... : DON'T GIVE UP ON A DREAM! Disney can make it happen! Good luck to you all, and see ya at DW !!!!

ASM.... We thought of upgrading to POR but the kids had thier hearts set, and I'm not gonna upset 4 kids and have them threaten MUTINY! lol

A secret a sweet old lady CM told me once.... to get pin codes, it's like the lottery, HOWEVER it's a lottery that's swayable to your direction a bit, like a pinball machine. She went on to explain that in not so many words on HER part, that by going to the wdw website and setting up a vacation package, then holding off at the very end, and saving your packages to view later...that TENDS to get marketing's attention to have your address or email put into a special spot on thier list. It hasn't failed for me as of yet....

We are also going the first week of May and received an email for kids to stay,play and dine for free. For me,dw,and 4 kids it is $2600 for 7days at the port orleans with 7 day park hoppers and the dining plan. Im not sure if it is only a special promo of not but it is a great savings

I'm just joining, we are thinking about going April 19th. I have a 5 day pin, not as good as a PP's but it's 5 nights, including tickets and dining for $735 and kids 3-9 stay, dine, and play for free (at a value). Does that seem like a good offer?

Yes! that's a very good deal indeed, just remember that it probably doesn't include the parkhopper, if you were looking for it. You'll have to ask them to upgrade you to it, and of course you can request a different resort, paying the difference of the balance.

BUT YES it is a very good deal indeed, sounds about the same as I got. They maybe just don't say "Free Dining", as it's included in the total price. Also make sure of the dining option they are including so you know what you're getting, they have 3 plans (maybe four if you count the super dooper deluxe outta evryones budget for the super rich plan) lol

Yep, still a great deal, That's $1470 for Mom/Dad & significant other...plus tax... Dunno if you were looking for a 7 day package like mine, but for 5 nts/days it sounds really good. I would still call to find out WHICH of the many dining plans they are offering...so you'll know what your real deal is...my guess would be the basic plan, (one step up from the Counter service only plan).
