I was able to get the code around 5:30 Monday night. I was afraid it was a mistake and called back but the CM said that it was ok and it was the AP rate. I got AKL concierge for $390 (before tax). The first CM said the code was CN-something. Hope everyone gets what they want.

The same thing happened last year...some were able to book and some not. I'm glad I didn't see this till now as their office is now closed. It was very frustrating last year when this happened. Some could book and some not.

I thought they closed at 11pm.

I'm not sure of the hours but I got the closed message at 10:10 Florida time. I hope you are not on hold for nothing, I got through in about 4 minutes when I called right before 10 pm.

Someone pls help me, these codes you are talking about. Can you call to get a better price then the one you have already booked? I'm staying at the WL end of April beg. of May. I booked the whole pack. with Disney. It's just over $4,000 for a family of 4 everything included except dining. Thanks.

Does anyone know if it's just as fast to get through using the 1-800 number as the regular number? I know for Cindy's that number shouldn't be used, what about for reservations? Anyone know? I can't remember what I did last year.

Wonder if BC rates are more in line with AK or Poly? Thinking of buying 1 AP if rates are good enough. Does anyone know if regular AP holders get a discount at Disney water parks?

It's killing me not knowing if you got through.

It just about did me in last year when I couldn't book the night before. I'm glad I was knee deep in helping my kids study for their algebra tests and watching the Italian Dance Team fight before their skate.

I just hope I can sleep tonight. I'll think I'm gonna over sleep and won't be able to go to bed!

I have been having problems witht the battery. I was thinking about it and walking downstairs to get the other phone and the one I was on died.

Hope there are plenty of rooms left in the morning. Was anyone else on hold after 10?
