Code under maiden name??

I finally recieved a code in the mail, but its under my maiden name! We have been twice under my married name...weird? Can I still use it? I could bring a copy of our marriage license, which has my maiden and married name on it?

This is the kind of thing where I would call guest services and explain it to them and have them get it changed in the computer. You should still be entitled to use this discount it was sent to you even if your name is now different.

This happened to me on our last trip. We'd booked a trip or two since getting married but the pin code came in my maiden name. I don't know if it helped that the traveling party I booked was DB(rother)and I so my maiden name was also represented on the reservation. The CM I called and spoke with said it happens a lot. He changed my name in the system and booked the offer for me and then when I got my next postcard it was in my married name. I'm pretty sure they'll let you book it and if not ask to speak to a Guest Services Manager.

Yep..i called and there was no problem at all. I just told her that it was in my maiden name, the address was the same. I have 3 nights on hold in Dec..Hopefully, we will be able to go!!
