..my suggestion of the executives of Home Depot.
That place has without a doubt the worst service of any store I have ever been in. I am sure the executive are so busy patting themselves on the back and passing out stock options that they never go into one of their stores let alone try to use anything they sell, that they don't know that they don't sell the stuff ya need to go with the stuff they sell. Hello! First rule of service is to have the stuff the customer wants to give you money for - that way you can take the customer's money and they will come back with even more money. [Hello! Homer guys! Remember that shampoo ad a few years ago, they'll tell tow friends and they will tell two.... ]
So now to make things even better HD have self check out, which I normally like, but Homers moves at the pace of an iceburg. It finally it prints a receipt and I take my stuff right? Nope! The alarms go off and the helper starts chewing me out for taking my bag too soon. So how long do I have to wait after paying and getting a receipt before the stuff is legally mine and I can go? Second Rule: Take the customers money without too much hassle.
I went to get a mower blade. We bought a mulching mower from Homer a while back, nice Honda. I needed a new blade. They still have lots of mulching Hondas for sale but NO blades. (They did have an empty blade box.)
Do they have the right part? No! They have UNIVERSAL blades. These UNIVERSAL blades don't have holes big enough for the Honda bolts and don't spin without hitting the mower (without a little hammering to re-shape things the worked but now that it has been custom fit it aint going back. However, the way you feel about Home Depot at this point the hammering counts at therapy.)
Then since they are UNIVERSAL the blade sits is all wrong and you have to put the mower into low rider mode to get a normal cut. But in low rider mode it get stuck on mole hills cause it doesnt have and ground clearance.
I figure all the happy Home Depot guys figure parts is parts. Heaven knows they dont dirty their hands trying the UNIVERSAL junk they pawn off.
Well enough of my rant. Ill get over it and will be the bigger guy about it. Ill be happy to give the executives something to put on the fire ant bites after they wash the honey off.
I am thinking .
