Why? Why can't they just give you the "right" answer? How are you ever supposed to know what the real story is? I don't understand it...and it's frustrating me!
I called this morning asking about the Free Dining at AOA, Little Mermaid rooms. So far, only the week of Sept. 15th is available for the promotion. The CM spoke to member services and came back to say, "Keep checking back in the next couple of days. They have not loaded all the categories for free dining in AOA and my dates "should" come available.
So, I call back tonight and get someone totally clueless. They don't even know the basics, like free dining carries for your entire stay as long as you are checking in before end date of the promotion, among other things.
After 56 min...56 min! She finally comes back to tell me that what the previous person told me is wrong. All the categories are uploaded and what is there is what is there.
It's so frustrating! Who do I believe? Do I keep calling to see what someone else has to say? Do I keep checking online, hoping my dates for LM free dining come up? Aaargh! I just want to know what is really going on and why it is so hard to get all their employees on the same page.
I mean, doesn't everyone get the same memos? LOL

The full week for the 15th isn't available, but 15-18th is. So strange to just have that week showing. Headscratch...

. With that said, if the deposit is not made within that time frame, your reservation will automatically cancel. This can be done for both room only and package reservations
