So, my DH (the DISboards "lurker") just looked over my shoulder as I was reading your post and laughed when he saw the spiffy "Vote Justin for CMO" link in your siggy. (He called it a "bumper sticker"... )

On another note: Here's hoping that TimothytheLurker is simply super-busy -- or already asleep!

Tell Mr. DISgeeks thanks! And see if he minds me using the motto: Have crayons will travel!

Also, since he was my first victim - and I've gotten a bit better, sort of, see if he wants me to try and spiff up his cat-o-tar, or if he is happy as is!

Things like adding a wikipedia page are the type of creative ideas I expect from the top 10. Awesome! And thanks for the fun pictures! I wanted to say that when I typed in "Dream CMO" on Google, the wikipedia page comes up on the first page! One entry above DISboards! Amazing!

Good Morning Everyone!

As we get closer to the Top 3, I know you Top 10ers are might be getting anxious, excited, and nervous! Unfortunately with only three chosen out of the 5 or 6 who post here, obviously the chances are that some of our board friends will find themselves moving on.....and some not. (I know we don't want to think about that part of it. ) With Easter coming and everyone having weird Spring Break times, we may not all be on the board at the same time. But I love quotes and I found a very simple one that I wanted to pass on to everyone today.... file it away in case you need it.

Also, I remember when Marshay had that awesome idea to have a 10 at 10 (10 votes and 10 o'clock) and while Eric didn't get to use it, I was surprised that no one else did! So, since I feel guilty that Eric and I haven't been on much lately, how about just for tonight we do a quick 10 votes at 10:00p.m.? When you come, bring a joke. Post it here, and even if we can't all be here at exactly 10 o'clock, then it will be reason for everyone to come back together, vote a few more times, and have a few laughs.

that's awesome!! justin and i have been exchanging emails since last week about hosting a 10 at 10 event for all of you, and we realized that neither of us are going to be home before 10 pm until next week at some point because of our jobs. so, we'll just have to host something fun after the voting closes thanks for the wonderful idea, though. i'll look forward to checking back here in the wee hours of tomorrow to see all of the fun jokes and stories

i'm not sure if this was answered or not. i know that i wasn't given a choice of layout--i'm not sure if others had input into this or not i'm certainly happy with the result--my video was all about pixie dust

We need to give Tripp a signal he can send to us when we're listening. Something like when Carol Burnett used to pull her ear. But I don't guess pulling his ear would work though, since we can't see him.

I realize there is probably no way to get ahold of him while he's on-air today and that he won't be on tomorrow or until after voting is done, but maybe we can still do it next week.

That is assuming that his addiction doesn't force him to log into the DIS while on the air...

that's hilarious!! for the most part, pixie dust is used once--but if i pick up each granule of pixie dust with my hands, i've been known to spread that magic again. i don't think pixie dust loses its power

He does some really good Disney Character Impersonations. Maybe we can get him to introduce the song with one of those voices and say it was because they are Disney Channel artists.

Also, Tripp is very accessible on the request line.

Just call him at 404-741-9400.

Unless he is talking someone's ear off he will likely answer it. He doesn't have an intern to do it for him. He is a hard worker that doesn't take the easy way out.

If you call from out of town to request a song you might even make it on the radio...especially if you are a DISboards friend.

He has responded to my posts on here before so I think he knows. I have called him a few times to get info on planning a trip to Disney that just hasn't happened yet. He is a world of knowledge with Disney stuff. I found out about Celebration from him...he even referenced a great place to enter the parks that is generally not crowded like some of the main entrances...the best driving route to take and the best time of year to go. This guy eats, sleeps and breathes Disney. He takes like 3 tripps there a year...I am surprised he has any vacation days left.

I just know in my heart that he really deserves to make it to the final 3. I think his Join Date is like February 2007...so you know he was part of this site before campaigning started.

Maybe I can be his new publicist if he makes it.
